Is George W. more "qualified"
than John Edwards?

No one asked this question yesterday. In fact, no one has ever asked if John Kerry is more qualified than George W., but that's another blog topic. Today, all focus is on John Edwards.

Is John Edwards hypothetically capable of assuming the presidency if John Kerry hypothetically steps down or hypothetically dies in office?

Frankly, if George W. Bush can be president, anyone can.

The bar is now so low that it would take a Biafran baby to win the US Presidential Limbo Contest.

George W. Bush is functionally illiterate; he's prone to black outs; and he is currently the most hated man on the planet.

So don't tell me John Edwards can't possibly function in the Oval Office.

It just makes you look stupid.
