Banner just part of protests on war's second anniversary

Tom Link, the man with the banners, had run out of things to say.
Over the last two years, he's put banners on his Bellevue Apartments building with slogans that read "No Bush Wars," "Bush Lies," and for the election in November, a "W" with a slash through it.
So he asked cartoonist Mike Konopacki, whose progressive political cartoons often appear in The Capital Times, if he would help. --snip--
"Every fourth SUV I go by has one of those yellow ribbons, 'God Bless America, Support Our Troops.' And I'm tired of it," said Link, who argued the United States has mistreated its prisoners. "God has nothing to do with this." LINK
